• We accept returns for defective or damaged items only. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories unless they are defective or damaged.

1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@littemissbowtique.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item.

2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to verify the defect or damage.

5. Refund or Replacement: If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement item, depending on your preference.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the defective or damaged product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Our shipping policy ensures that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. We take pride in providing a seamless shipping experience for our customers.

We are located in Brisbane, Australia and offer worldwide shipping through local couriers such as Australia Post and Sendle. At checkout, you will have the option to choose between Standard Tracked, as well as Express shipping.

Please note that selecting Express shipping does not guarantee priority handling of your order. It simply means that once your order is ready, it will be sent via Express post. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. In the rare event that your order does not arrive within 10 days of being shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly to locate the package. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for lost packages.
